Massages are customized to your individual needs and areas of concern.

Techniques can include: -Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic, Myofascial Release, Stretching, etc....

Stone Massage

-Hot stones are are used to create a warming and ultra-relaxing massage that melts away stress and tension.

Lymphatic Drainage

-This massage uses vey light pressure in a specific direction on the body. Benefits include: relief from lymphedema, detoxification, reduced swelling and overall relaxation.

Reiki / Energy Work

-Practitioner uses a very light touch or holds their hands just above the body to release blocked energy or add energy where needed. A deeply relaxing, centering and meditative experience.

Reflexology

-Specific points are massaged on the feet to benefit the entire body.

Cupping Massage

-Silicone “cups” are used to provide suction to the area of the body being treated. The cups can then be moved on the surface of the skin or left stationary. The vacuum created expands the tissue providing increased blood flow and movement of lymphatic fluid.

This technique is also helpful in stretching connective tissue, loosening adhesions, providing better range of movement and relieving chronic pain conditions.

Cupping Side Effects

-When stationary cupping is used it is common for marks to remain on the skin that may last for up to 2 weeks, These marks are formed by non- circulating blood and fluids that are pulled to the surface by the vacuum created in the cup. These marks are not formed by ruptured blood vessels as in bruising although they may look very similar.

Myofascial Release

-A slow holding and stretching technique used to expand connective tissue. Increasing mobility and flexibility to the muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage

-Medium to very firm pressure is used to reach deep muscle tension to break up restrictions and increase blood flow to target areas.

Swedish Massage

-Light to medium pressure is used with a combination of techniques to lengthen muscle tissue, relieve soreness and provide deep relaxation.
